Overview

Welcome, thank you so much for reading about my yoga adventures, my name is Sarah and I love all forms of yoga.

I went to my first yoga class when i was in my teens and was quite amazed by the way the teacher moved his body in such an amazing way, what he could do was way beyond my level, so over the years i dipped in and out of all forms of yoga.

It was only when i was recovering from a broken ankle, after a ski-ing accident that i discovered Kundalini yoga, as many of the postures are done on the floor, i found that this style of yoga was really helpful to my recovery, i loved the mantra's and found the meditations really fun to do.

Sarah trained with me many years ago, and since then she has been a strong support to my teacher training and has become a valued friend. Sarah has a big heart and is strongly dedicated to make the world a kinder place for all. She is passionate about well being and spreading joy. I always remember Sarah's teaching assessment on the training. As I observed her teach from across the room, I became mesmerized by the soft landing love she shared so effortlessly. She is a great teacher, with a cup overflowing and a heart of gold.

I feel so fortunate to have found Sarah who is truly a wonderful, passionate and highly knowledgeable yoga teacher. I have been having 1-2-1 classes with her for some years including over Zoom during lockdown. Her yoga is always carefully tailored to how i am feeling, i have ME/CFS so often need to go gently. Sarah is always completely intuitively tuned to what i need and i always feel nourished and beautifully relaxed after working with her. She is a jolly and fun person too and I always laugh at some point during our sessions which is so healing in itself. I would highly recommend Sarah who is a blessing to yoga and the world.
