Tabitha began her career in healthcare, training as a nurse in London in the early 90’s. Starting a family changed her direction and she was a founding member of the Vajrasati school of yoga, teaching for the last 16 years.
Qualifying as a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor broadened her role in optimising human movement and collectively these skills enable her to aid her clients to reach their movement potential.
