I am a qualified yoga teacher based in Woodstock, New York. I am also an Applied Astrologist + Holistic Health Coach. I merge the two to offer unique, individualized program called Elemental Healing. I write meditations for Expectful + am a mother to two children ages 3 + 10. I offer workshops + retreats all over the world + look forward to sharing my passions of yoga + wellness with more people.
