This 4 day personal development program will enable you to touch beyond muscles and tendons and touch life itself. Take yourself deeper into the realms of Bodywork, whether you are a Bodyworker, yoga teacher or someone who practises for personal benefit, this program will enable you to uptake deeply and offer a transformational touch.

Mornings are dedicated to Forrest Yoga practice and afternoons focus on Bodywork and Anatomy. You do not have to follow the 4 days, however for the best experience and learning, the 4 days in full are highly recommended!
