This 4 day personal development program will enable you to touch beyond muscles and tendons and touch life itself. Take yourself deeper into the realms of Bodywork, whether you are a Bodyworker, yoga teacher or someone who practises for personal benefit, this program will enable you to uptake deeply and offer a transformational touch.
Daily schedule:
08–10 yoga practice
10-11 breakfast (bring your own - eat together)
11-13 bodywork for your own body - your own needs
13-14 lunch (bring your own - eat together)
