In Yoga and Ayurveda, the human body is considered to be made of 5 elements; Space, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. Each element has a sense organ, a finger (on the hand) and a “seat” in the body from which we can witness its movement in and out of balance. During these two workshops Bridget will explore these elements with playful asana yoga flows weaving mudra, myth and the chakras for a complete alchemy of the practice of yoga, exploring how to stimulate and release these elements with our yoga practice to bring about balance in our body and lives.
