Melissa Nordin & Kathy Ran shows how a thorough knowledge of anatomy can help teachers to make intelligent choices about the way they teach their students and approach challenges using yoga therapy methods based on medical research.
Yoga therapy is the personalised application of yoga techniques to fit the current needs and interests of the individual. It is an integrated mind-body approach for restoring balance and adaptive functioning to the physical body.
