Using Visible Body Anatomy & Physiology software, This session will cover Head, Neck and shoulders.. plus organs.
It will be an interactive session switching between A&Psoftware and Yoga Postures as taught by Sam Rao.
Students attending this course only need their yoga mats, yoga belt and a yoga block.
