2 hours of Yoga playtime, experimenting with Arm Balances and Inversions, followed by a delicious vegan brunch provided by Crowspotter.
This workshop will be suitable for all levels except for complete beginners. We will work on a variety of arm balancing poses and build up to getting upside down and looking at technique for headstand, forearmstand and handstands. You do not need to be confident in any arm balances or inversions yet to have a go at this.
Please note that for inversions spotting by myself or a partner may be required to ensure your safety. You can opt to work with one person throughout the workshop or to skip these drills.
