This workshop will be an opportunity to dive deeper into your Ashtanga Yoga practice.
We will break down the poses in much greater depth than regular classes allow. Alignment will be looked at in detail to help you understand the how and why behind the cues, and how to work safely and progressively with and not against your individual anatomy.
We will not be following the continuous flow of a regular practice but instead pausing to observe each other in the poses so that you can get a visual understanding, and using adjustments to understand physically the sensations being sought.
There will be opportunity to ask questions specific to your own practice, and we will look at various techniques and methods to support progression. Suitable for all levels except for complete beginners.
