Dee is running a Yoga workshop on Friday 9th October from 7pm till 8.30pm
During this workshop we will aim to get our bodies ready for the cooler months by nurturing ourselves through movement, warmth and gentle massage.
Before the class I will send you a self-care pack with all that you will need to help your body relax and centre, some incense to burn and a candle for focus. I will send you some herbal tea to warm and relax you before we rest in Savasana and some essential oils blended for you to massage gently into your skin for a deeper more grounding relaxation.
This class will be run on Zoom so you can take part in the comfort of your own home and not have to go anywhere or do anything after except rest and relax just a little bit more. The yoga we practise will be suitable for everybody, a gentle flow of movement and stretching. This will be your time and a great start to your weekend.
