We are delighted this that Big Dog Little Dog yoga workshops are running in Rickmansworth. This is a unique curriculum which gives children and their grown up some much needed time together without daily distraction.
We have 9 workshops running on Saturdays during school holidays, each individually themed so you will get a fresh perspective each time. Whether you can attend 1 or all, they aren't progressive and everyone will be met where they are. Any yoga experience is a benefit.
Spend an hour in each other's company to play, explore and relax!
