Introducing the first of the three-part series of Therapeutic Yoga Training Workshops this Autumn 2017 with Alexa Kho-Hinkson, Ambika Yoga.
Currently offering Early Bird rates until Friday 28th July 2017 either when booking all three workshops, or single workshops.
All three workshops are suitable for Yoga Teachers and Qualified Instructors of all disciplines, and a certificate will be given upon completion of the three Workshops. CPD accredited hours will be issued upon completion by Yoga Alliance Professionals, for those teachers looking to build on their hours in 2017.

The Art of Alignment & Adjustments in Therapeutic Yoga
When working in Therapeutic Yoga it is most effective to understand how the biomechanics of the body work, in order to maintain alignment within the active asana practice. By doing so, as a teacher, you can assist your students into a space of freedom that allows them to feel free from pain. This workshop with give you the tools to teach your clients suffering from past or present injuries by providing you with powerful alignment principles and techniques to assist your students with deep care and sensitivity.
