Introducing the second of the three-part series of Therapeutic Yoga Training Workshops this Autumn 2017 with Alexa Kho-Hinkson, Ambika Yoga.
Currently offering Early Bird rates until Friday 28th July 2017 either when booking all three workshops, or single workshops.
All three workshops are suitable for Yoga Teachers and Qualified Instructors of all disciplines, and a certificate will be given upon completion of the three Workshops. CPD accredited hours will be issued upon completion by Yoga Alliance Professionals, for those teachers looking to build on their hours in 2017.

Chair Yoga & It’s Application in Therapeutic Yoga
Chair Yoga has now become a very popular way to practice Yoga in order to help those with limitations, health concerns and injury. As an integral part of teaching Therapeutic Yoga, it is vital to learn how to teach Chair Yoga safely and particularly to an ageing population who want to remain active without over exerting the body, and mind. As a teacher you will learn new and practical ways to teach that will help your clients and students to feel empowered, and physically and mentally refreshed from the inside, out.
