The Anatomical Foundations of Yoga Anatomy is an essential tool, for not only Yoga instructors but also Massage Therapists, Physical Therapists & Personal Trainers or if you are interested in deepening your connection to your practice. Forrest Yoga intentionally applies anatomical cues.This workshop offers a foundation for better understanding of the anatomy of the shoulder girdle, including structure (bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons and associated joints), function and movement and how this relates to your yoga practice and/or teaching.

4 Hour Yoga Alliance CPD Nontoxic body paints, T-shirts/Leggings (as an alternative canvas), brushes and anatomical models/images will be supplied. Students will have allocated time to complete body painting tasks and encouraged to use life-like depiction where appropriate.
