This is an opportunity to explore your deepest self. It is a space in which to strengthen your relationship with your core self, a chance to reconnect to source and reflect on what may cause a disconnect between you and your inner resource. A space in which to grow your resilience. This workshop is for everybody. It will include: yoga practice, talks, discussions, sharing experiences and much more; a space in which to nurture yourself.
