Ribcages lacking movement are what it feels like we are in an ocean of these days. Thoracic immobility comes from not involving several different ranges of movement to put daily lifestyles. I know that when I have been sitting for a number of hours, my ribs feel stuck and congested. My breath feels shallow and weak.
