This amazing class will give you a full body workout like you've never experienced before. A true detox, the 2.5 hour workshop begins with the 26 postures from the original hot yoga series - Bikram Yoga. Once you're warmed up and are raring to go you'll move into a variety of the 108 postures designed by Bikram's guru Bishnu Gosh. You'll go deeper into poses, developing your flexibility and taking your body to new places.
This is a great class for regular and longstanding practitioners of our Hot or Bikram Yoga classes. Knowledge of yoga is required as is a have-a-go attitude and a willingness to have some fun.
Be prepared to sweat. Come well hydrated and bring two towels. Only eat a light lunch.
The session is led by Ali Futrill, Yoga Alliance Senior Yoga Teacher and Sweat's Yoga Teacher Trainer. The session forms part of Sweat's 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program but is open to everyone. So come along and join the fun!
