This ceremonial practice retrains the mind to surrender our hang ups around fitting in. This workshop teaches practitioners how to isolate, stabilise and strengthen the forgotten links of their practice by learning where breath doesn’t travel and understanding where breath doesn’t strengthen we are able to work with our nuances. Our nuances are what make us special, unique and provide a clear pathway to develop a personal practice. By gifting ourselves what we need, we nurture ourselves into believing that we are enough.
