Christiane is the course director and founder of Calm For Kids which she set up in 1998. She has been teaching yoga and meditation to children and adults for over 20 years and qualified as an MBSR teacher with Bangor University in 2014. As well as running training courses for school teachers, yoga teachers and parents who want to bring the benefits of mindfulness to children and teens, she also runs the MBSR course (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction)and Mindful Parenting courses at the Mindfulness Project in central London
