This 40 hour training course is for qualified yoga teachers or trainee teachers only.

• Anatomy of Breath
• Benefits of yoga – how does it work
• Observation Skills - viewing the individual/body reading
• Conducting a 'one on one'
• The Spine – anatomy and physiology
• The Hips - anatomy and physiology
• The Shoulders - anatomy and physiology
• Common conditions effecting the Spine and prevention measures
• Common conditions effecting the Hips and prevention measures
• Common condition effecting the Shoulders and prevention measures
• Common conditions created by stress
• Stress – how it effects the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies

In a world that drives us onwards at high speed it is vitally important to know how to and when to stop. As a modern society that usually means looking at TV, having a drink or similar. The role of yoga and in particular restorative yoga gives us a powerful tool for remaining healthy and balanced as we live our lives to the fullest.

• How to support relaxation – props
• Sequencing Restorative Practice
• Teaching Restorative Yoga

Full 3 days tuition only

€400 Early bird before Wednesday 20th September / €420 after

Full 3 days with 2 nights accommodation

€460 Early bird before Wednesday 20th September / €520 after

Cancellation Policy: 

• Cancellation of a training course 4 weeks before start date 50% to total course fee will be due
• Cancellation of a training course less than 4 weeks before start date 100% to total course fee will be due
• We strongly advise that clients take out travel insurance to cover any costs associated with having to cancel a holiday.
• To avail of our Early bird option, payments must be made in full at time of booking up to given date.
