In this workshop, Bridget will follow up her first ‘inversion toolbox’ workshop and review the alignment principles for Sirsasana and Sarvangasana.

Drawing from Anusaras principles of alignment, Bridget will guide you through setting a safe foundation to give you the confidence to come into these postures.
When practiced correctly and with care, inversions can bring great health benefits. Fill up your yoga toolbox with simple and effective practices to safely and successfully add inversions to your practice.

What can I expect?
Beginning with a carefully sequenced flow to strengthen and prepare your body, you will then learn how to set your foundations safely for and practice headstand and shoulderstand, using props to support your practice.

What will I gain from this workshop?
The aim of this workshop is to provide a good foundation for your inversion practice, you will leave this workshop knowing how to assess the correct support needed for a healthy and successful headstand and shoulderstand, looking at variations available using bolsters, blankets and chairs.

This workshop is for those who want to safely practice inversions.
