As humans all we want is to be happy. Happiness “Ananda” that unconditional bliss comes from within us yet we constantly chase after and cling to transient pleasure dependent on external things. So how do we do this?
YOGA! The ancient practice of yoga takes us through our energy gateways or koshas to reach that inner bliss.
In this part theory part practice workshop we shall look at the pancha [5] koshas in more detail and shall then work though them with a yoga practice to open each and to realise our true nature.
This session is suitable for all levels including beginners.
