In our Taster Sessions, you will have the opportunity to:

- Join a 45min taster class with the lead Yoga Teacher.
- Meet our anatomy instructor, Irek Bialek.
- Meet our current and past Yoga Teacher Trainees.
- Learn more about teacher training.
- Learn about the application process.
- Discuss any questions you may have.
