Join Catherine Annis & Gary Carter for this third in a series of pop-up yoga workshops.
Following the previous two workshops in this series, where we explored the back and then the sides of the body, this time we'll look at our superficial front line, unpicking it's relationship with our ankles and shins, its connection with back bending and how working with it can help us release in the spine.
We’ll explore how we can use this knowledge to enhance our teaching and practice.
Whether you're a teacher in training, a serious student or starting out on your yoga journey, these explorations are created to support you as you develop informed, accessible and sensitive approaches to practice.
Gary and Catherine have worked together for many years and developed a joint approach to teaching which delicately weaves anatomical knowledge into movement practices, drawing on their decades of experience in yoga, breath, pranayama and Eastern and Western understanding.
This yoga workshop will be recorded. All attendees will receive a link to the unedited copy which will be available to view online for 10 days after the event. The unique Zoom link for this workshop will be sent out approximately one hour before the scheduled start.
For those who cannot attend the live event, we will produce an edited video (mp4 format) a couple of days after this workshop. This can be pre-ordered for £20 from our Products Page.
