Each day will look like:
9.30-12.30 Full Immersion of Ceremony & Forrest Yoga Intensive
2-5.30 Each afternoon shares the foundation of each of the categories of Ceremony, Meditation, Anatomy of Hands On Assists and Injury Clinic with an emphasis on your case studies and personal injuries.
Videos of techniques will be available after the training.
This is a unique opportunity where a small group of practitioners will get to dive deeper into their own questions and insights as well as receiving personal coaching based on your own personal level with your practise and the questions you have come with.
