Mental mastery for enhanced physical performance – a transformative mix of meditation, breathwork, focus, mindfulness and flow-state - is the hottest topic in town! From athletes to performers, from artists to executives, there is huge interest in the training of mindful and flow states for enhanced performance. 


Led by Sarah Ramsden - long-term yoga teacher at Manchester City and Manchester United football clubs – this workshop grew out of Sarah’s realisation of how a yoga practice transformed players’ mental state on the pitch.


This extraordinary workshop is an inspiring mix of the latest research, practice, biochemistry, discussion and a smattering of quantum biology. It will also be practical, grounded, relevant and enjoyable. Come and understand, learn, practice and be amazed at your potential!


The workshop gives you an introduction to:

- The science of breathwork and why / how it cultivates mindful and flow states;
