This workshop looks at the principles of mindfulness, a modern approach to an ancient philosophy with practical exercises and mindful yoga movement supporting these principles.

At the end of this workshop, you will have

An understanding of the principles of mindfulness

You will have experienced some mindfulness exercises

You will have experienced some mindful movement, breathing and relaxation
