This routine includes understanding how the health of the shoulders and arms have a direct influence on the well-being of the head. Once these areas have been relaxed we can approach the neck and jaw by releasing tensions finishing off with improving circulation to the head and face.

carrier oil that you prefer to use favourite essential oils 2 large towels fold up chair (1 between 2 people) plenty of water (you may experience detox right away)
