After years of teaching postnatal yoga, Toni is finally offering a two-hour workshop focusing on key elements to strengthening the postnatal body.

As a mother in her forties, Toni feels much stronger than she did before she gave birth to her son at 40 in December 2016.

There will be anatomical explanations and demonstrations about how we can adapt our practice to prevent injury as our children get heavier, focusing on stabilizing the shoulders and hips, two overworked and usually very tight areas.

Controlled techniques to improve pelvic health, muscle separation and core stability.

Breathing techniques to lift energy levels or relax and balance a stressed nervous system.

Techniques to improve inner pelvic health and wellness which are essential for improving a women's vitality and confidence after childbirth.

We will enjoy an hours dynamic practice with fun, creative sequencing to build strength using our own body weight with tips to transition safely once we return to mainstream classes.

Self-care rituals, a few of these we'll practice together.
And all of this will be finished off with restorative postures and yoga nidra to restore and re-energise our beautiful mamas.

This workshop is without babies.
