This workshop will introduce you to the principles and cover the basics of safe therapeutic alignment. We will teach you how to make the most of your yoga practice in a way that you can use in any class you attend with us, in your daily life, and support you in developing greater awareness of how to find greater comfort in your body and how to sort out aches and pains and niggles. These principles of Alignment can be applied to ANY yoga class, regardless of alignment principle taught or yoga lineage and massively increase your ability to explore more complex yoga asanas without causing injury.
