This workshop will help you to strengthen your immune system, and balance & harmonize your energy for smooth transitioning into the cold weather. You will learn about yang pranayama, and core strengthening to warm up your centre, and build up some heat & motivation. We will practice slow creative flowing winter warmer yoga sequences. We will finish the workshop with the 5 elements deep meditative flow to balance, rejuvenate and nourish all the organs in our bodies, before entering into deep relaxation.
