This 2.5hr master class is a gradual back opening sequence designed to provide the yogi with advice and support to relieve back pain, whether in the shoulders, mid or lower back.
The class will begin with a short lecture on the anatomy of the back muscles and then, using this new insight, we will move on to our yoga practice.
You will walk away with a clear understanding of the back muscles, their physiology and a new knowledge of poses that you can use in your everyday life to help relieve back pain!
