This four day intensive is an opportunity to truly immerse yourself in Vinyasa Flow. The intensive will be run over 2 consecutive weekends.
Vinyasa means 'Specific movement with breath' and a well sequenced Vinyasa sequence can feel like a moving meditation.
The course will cover the physical poses and transitions between them to demonstrate how the body moves. There will be plenty of practice included to experience how the different ways of sequencing can change the energetic as well as the physical aspect of the practice.
As well as the physical aspect, the incorporation of pranayama, mudra and bandhas to complete a practice will also be covered. There will be instruction on teaching classes for all levels from beginner to advanced.
