A Winter Warmer Workshop with Yoga, Sound and Breath
Kate, Bev and Preet are so happy to announce a "Winter Warmer" workshop in November, now taking bookings and places are filling up fast. This day will be aimed at all abilities from strong beginners up but a level of fitness is required.
9:30am - Arrival - welcome drinks - introductions
10am - 10:30am - Qigong wake up flow with Bev to release stagnant energy and make way for new energy and experiences.
10:30am - 12pm - Ashtanga Yoga workshop with Kate, energising and challenging with options to suit all levels.
12pm - 1pm - Enjoy a healthy lunch and a chin wag!
1pm - 1:30pm - Talk
1:30pm - 2:30pm - Yoga and Qigong flow with Bev
2:30pm - 3pm - Yoga Nidra/Relaxation
3pm - 3:30pm - Tea Break
3:30pm - 4:30pm - Sound Bath with Preet. This is an experience not to be missed. Preet uses her voice, crystal and Tibetan bowls and finally the Gong to take you on a journey, like no other.
