Join Sarah Lo and Laura Gate Eastley for this full-day retreat workshop. Enjoy an uplifting day of gentle Vinyasa flow and mindful Yin while also learning how to embody both styles within your own practice for a truly balanced body.
Sarah will begin the morning session with a grounding Yin practice to allow time for our bodies to start the regeneration process of infusing ‘jing’ energy into our systems, particularly the kidneys and adrenal glands. The resetting and recalibrating of our energy bodies will then enable us to move into a Vinyasa practice more readily.
Laura will lead the class through some classical pranayama before an energising and uplifting heart opening Vinyasa flow practice for all levels of practitioners.
After breaking for lunch, we will return for a meditative session which Sarah will lead you through, followed by a nurturing Yin session in preparation for a flow practice with Laura which will include hip opening sequences and longer holds.
The day will end in deep savasana rest leaving you refreshed and ready to start the week ahead.
Laura and Sarah share a nurturing approach to their teaching and a mutual respect and enjoyment of each other's classes. Sarah's yoga background began in the USA and later in Australia and Europe assisting Sarah Powers and currently runs her Yin yoga teacher trainings internationally, including two levels at triyoga.
Laura has been teaching at triyoga for 13 years and incorporates her Ashtanga background with a mindful, creative and accessible Vinyasa flow.
You will be in the hands of two caring teachers who aim to give you a day of yoga that will make you feel like you have been on a satisfying retreat, but without the hassle and expense of leaving town!
