Some of our trainees from Yog Kaya Training Course will also be joining us and will be happy to answer your questions honestly about their experience during the training.
The primary goal of this course is to produce well trained, professional Yoga teachers.
Courses are based on the idea of Yoga Therapy , mindfulness ,Meditation and relaxation We focus on an individualized approach with the understanding that the needs of students are unique. We believe that each Yoga teacher should receive all inclusive and in-depth instruction of Yoga as well as detailed pragmatic instruction/practice in the tools and techniques of Yoga.
