Learn a mindful approach to relating to the world - how to stop "selfing" ie taking responsibilty for others' behaviour and feelings and getting caught up in personal drama. Discover a more expansive, empathic and mentally nourishing way of being with yourself and others. Be connected to and proud of your authentic self. Practices include meditations, pranayama, dynamic and restorative yoga and personal reflection. This workshop is suitable for beginners although the Hatha flow sequence does require a good baseline of physical fitness.
