After warm up we will start with some of the following postures:
Forearm balance - Pincha Mayurasana, Peacock - Mayurasana, Headstand - Shirshasana, Crow - Bakasana / Kakasana, Side Crow - Parsva Bakasana and many more..... Finally, followed by some guided relaxation - Savasana.
