This special one day event is a massive Forrest Yoga & Bodywork party! With an emphasis on shoulders, the morning session will share some modified versions of classic Forrest Yoga poses that are intended to inspire your practice!
The afternoon breaks down a Yoga Bodywork sequence that enables practitioners to understand very easily why the foundations of working the shoulders is important to optimise recovery from the top issues that are related to shoulder injuries.
