This workshop is designed for women of all ages! We’ll explore how to move through our cycles, both monthly and throughout the different stages of our lives. We’ll look at how our cycles can be a blessing, that offer us a powerful tool of awakening and insight when we understand them and know how to respond to the changes that occur from menstruation to menopause and beyond!
In this 2.5 hour workshop, we will gain a deeper awareness of how each phase our menstrual cycles affect and inform our physical and emotional states. Bridget will teach an asana practice to balance the endocrine system with consideration of our individual challenges and strengths that can be within each cycle.
