Yoga Teachers Refresher Course 2021

Over Sundays this is an offering for existing yoga teachers to attend a refresher course of 1 x 10hrs,  run by Sam Rao. Trainer Plus Teacher Yoga Alliance Professionals Approved.
A well planned and comprehensive training sessions covering;

• Doing and Teaching yoga ( adjustments, levels in postures )
• Multilayer Body Anatomy & Physiology. ( building the body from skeleton to skin using Visible Body software ), blending yoga postures to common ailments
• Understanding Cancer(s) / Immunity. Presentation and teaching by specialist teacher and blending specific yoga postures to manage various conditions.
• Pranayama ( focused on 4 pranayamas everyone can do )
• Class Planning, setting a theme and practicing planning
• Teaching class plan to visiting students. Outside invited students
• Structured Reflections
• 10 hrs / 10 points CPD certificates.  Handouts CPD Certificate 20 points

Sundays 22nd Aug 2021 teachers will attend one full day at Highfieldpark Hotel & Conference Centre. 
Lunch and late afternoon Tea/biscuits/sandwiches included.
