Yoga Therapy- Shoulder's & Neck
This three hour masterclass will include an hour asana session to relieve tension in the shoulders and neck. We will spend the rest of the time working on hands on assists using bodywork to work with typical back and shoulder issues.
Please be ok with bringing your shoulders and necks with you in the state that they are in I prefer to teach in real time showing techniques to relieve symptoms of pain, struggle and trauma.
