This 3 hours workshop is to support women in their 40s and 50s going through menopause, or wanting to prepare themselves. 

Menopause can be an empowering phase of a woman’s life, but many women feel isolated, alone and not knowing what to do; especially when experiencing hot flushes, meno rage, mood swings, digestion and night sweats.


Anita (in peri menopause herself) will provide useful information, accessible tools and signposts to support you. We will talk about the stages of menopause, hormones, HRT (hormone replacement therapy) and natural remedies, but also how yoga/meditation/breathing exercises can support you.

 

You will learn how yoga can support you in managing the symptoms you’re going through, and practice a yoga sequence for the symptoms. 

The yoga practice and all the practices shared are accessible to all women. You don’t have to be an experienced yoga practitioner.

 

Included in your investment are yoga video practices you can do on your own in your own time. They are not shared on YouTube.
