My Yoga Workshops are held once a month on Sunday mornings 9.30am-12.00noon.
Each month the Workshop will have a different focus, working on a variety of poses, or body movement/openers.
February 28th 2021 Workshop will focus on: Shoulder openers, twists, hip openers and wheel to pigeon and splits. The workshop opens with breathing, some yoga flow to get the body warm and then will work with flow and static poses to work on the specific areas being covered that month.
You don't need to be attending my other classes to attend, but you will need some yoga experience as this won't be levelled at complete beginners. But if you have been practicing yoga regularly for a few months, then you should be comfortable following the class. And as always! You do what you can, it's not a competition, rest if you need. Watch and be inspired by others in the class, learn, practice and add "YET" if you find yourself going to say "I can't do it".
We are all learning every day. That's the joy of Yoga.
