We will be offering short CPD (continuous professional development) courses for Yoga teachers and Yoga students, to extend and improve their Yogic knowledge within the following workshops:
A practical workshop to educate teachers and students on Yogic cleansing techniques (Shatkarmas aka Kriyas).
The workshop will cover the following:
- Tongue scraping (Jihva Dhauti)
- Stomach/Abdomen Cleansing (Nauli)
- Nasal Cleansing (Jala neti)
- Eye Cleansing (Netra Dhauti)
- Airways Cleansing (Sutra neti)
These practises can reduce/avoid allergies, improve wellbeing and also improve your other Yoga practise (Asanas, Pranayama).
