Body Ball Class:

This class is designed to release tension in the body and relax the central nervous system. An integrated body - mind practice to help release emotional stress and patterns of trauma that have been held in the physical body.

The body is made up of multiple layers of connective tissue (Fascia) that weaves and winds its way around every part of your body, connecting and separating from head to toe.

Body ball / Myofascia release class is a self-massage, relieving aches and pains and enhancing breathing. Massage balls improve the slide and glide between the fascia layers which translate into ease of movement.

Don't worry if you can't make the live class time, recording of the class will be added to the booking details within 24hrs of the class finishing and the recording will be available to view for 5 days. Each week will have a different focus.

Anusara Flow with Pranayama and Meditation:

40 minute anusara flow & meditation practice. Open level class suitable for all.

Unsure if you can make class? Class recording will be made available to all who book, recording will be added to booking details as soon as possible after class and will be available to view until Sunday.
