A revitalising and nurturing class designed to help you unwind from your week. Warming up with some gentleyoga sequences to stretch out the kinks and rediscover your breath, you then move into a series of restorative yoga poses before finishing with a sublime yoga nidra (yogic sleep) meditation. The perfect start to a well-deserved weekend!
NB – This class (ideally) requires the use of props for the restorative yoga part of the class in particular: a bolster, a blanket, 2 bricks, and an eye pillow. If you don’t have access to these at home you can substitute with bed pillows, cushions or throws from your bed or sofa, and a soft scarf to cover your eyes – feel free to grab any other useful bits from around your home to use as your yoga props!
