I’m pleased to announce my weekly online evening class every THURSDAY, I hope you can join:

Yoga Beyond Asana - Mantra. Movement. Meditation.
Exploring gentle body movements to ease towards bedtime. Mantra will be simple to follow if you wish to join in or simply listen.
Integrating a Meditation practise for a full Yoga experience ending with extended savāsana (lying down, corpse pose).

New to Online Classes?
If you have any questions regarding Zoom, or concerns about video/being seen etc, please email me and we'll talk through the set up so that it is no longer a concern or barrier to enjoying your yoga practice. Likewise, any health issues please email me ahead of class and I can adapt postures to maximise accessibility and increase comfort.
At the start of each class after initial welcome, I will mute everyone so that there is little disturbance to each other. You may like to ‘Pin’ my video to fill your screen so that you can see any demonstrations.
Please ensure you have the following in placein order to enhance your experience:
-Access to a computer / smart phone is also possible
-Stable internet connection
-Download Zoom and test connection before the first session
-Time to really drop in to the experience and to embrace the practice
-Any yoga equipment to make yourself comfortable - mat, blanket, blocks, belt
(alternatively - we can adapt using cushions, towels, thick books even!)
As always - all welcome, no experience necessary. Just a willingness to participate.
