Jon Kabatt-Zinn created the MBSR course in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Stress Reduction Clinic to support patients suffering stress, pain and chronic illness. Mindfulness is a skillful mind-body approach to well-being integrating ancient Eastern practices and Western neuroscienc
The weekly practice is for graduates of MBSR or MBCT courses and is an opportunity to re-connect with others and refresh your mindfulness meditation practice guided by Yasmin. It’s a great way to share experience and continue deepening learning.
If you are unable to attend the livestream sessions, a recording will be sent to you so that you can practise in your own time.
